TEGELS.NL (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.itile.app website (“Service”), and all related websites, downloadable software, mobile applications, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Privacy Policy is displayed, and all other communications with individuals though from written or oral means, such as email or phone (collectively, together with the website iTILE.app, our “Service”).
We know that you care how information about you is used and shared! This GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant Privacy Policy applies to TEGELS.NL and explains what information of yours will be collected by us when you access the iTILE.app Service (including through the websites of our partners). How the information will be used, and the choices you have associated with that data, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. By visiting the Site, or by purchasing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Data Retention

We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements as follows:
- The contents of closed accounts are deleted within 3 months of the date of closure;
- Backups are kept for 3 months;
- Billing information is retained for a period of 7 years as of their provision to TEGELS.NL in accordance with the accounting and taxation laws in The Netherlands.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Service Providers and Third Party Resources
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. Hosting and Storage Of Data

- Sisow (NL) is a payment service provider which allows you to securely and conveniently checkout while purchasing a product on our website. - Mailchimp (USA) is an email marketing platform we use to communicate with you. Mailchimp’s privacy policy is monitored by TRUSTe, and they have certified there compliance with the EU-U.S./Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks. Privacy policy: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy .
Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
- Google Analytics (USA) is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Social Media Widgets and Plugin
Our Service makes use of several third-party resources for both functional and performance reasons. Requests to load these resources may make your IP address visible to the associated resource, who may use it in accordance with their data privacy policy. The third party resources, plugin’s and widgets are listed below:
- Custom Facebook Feed plugin
We use a Facebook Feed plugin to display social media content on our website. As a result, our website makes requests to Facebook’s servers in order to display images and videos. - Like Box / Page Plugin
We embed a Facebook widget to allow you to see information about, and “like”, our Facebook page. This widget may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the widget, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the widget (such as “liking” our Facebook page), if you are logged in to Facebook. - Icon Font Plugin
In order to improve performance, we load the font file used in the Facebook feed from a Content Delivery Network (MaxCDN). As a result, our website makes requests to the MaxCDN servers in order to retrieve the file. These requests make your IP address visible to MaxCDN, who may use it in accordance with their data privacy policy: https://www.maxcdn.com/legal/#pp
Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain features or links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review every third-party sites or services you visit and to learn about third parties’ privacy and security policies before providing them with information.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

You may update, correct, or delete your Account information and preferences at any time by accessing your Account settings page on the Service. Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time,

Purchasing our products as timeline(s) and premium membership
By purchasing our product(s) you indicate that you have read and agree to our privacy policy and terms of service. There is a lifetime warranty on the timeline(s) and premium account, as long as data streaming service through third parties (Facebook, Inc. and the selected brands) will continue to exist and we will do business.
If you no longer want to use iTILE.app, send an email to info@itile.app to cancel all activities by deleting your account and deleting all created or shared timelines. When you submit a request to cancel your account, you lose all your rights to purchases made.
We care about our products and customers. We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and that our products work correctly in your environment. If you have any irresolvable issues getting one of our products to work or if you’re completely unhappy with it, we will be happy to provide a full refund. 14 days after the original purchase date, no refunds can be given.
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will be shown with a purchase confirmation screen and you will also receive an email containing the invoice of your purchase. If you have not received the email after a reasonable period of time, then please contact us. Our automated products such as timelines and premium membership can be used immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
